Gamesa training course

Last December, ICR carried out a course in advanced acoustics and vibrations for the company Gamesa, at its facilities in Bilbao. The syllabus of the course was customized according to the needs of the engineer team from GAMESA, including, among others, basic principles in acoustics and vibration, acoustic power of wind turbines: IEC61400 part 11, acoustic characteristics of wind turbine components and transfer paths for noise and vibrations.

ICR is an Acoustic Engineering resolving problems of noise and vibrations. ICR works for the railway, car, industry, construction and environmental sectors. The company researches (R+D) new methods to solve vibroacous-tic problems. ICR also designs software for quality control and transmis-sion loss and teaches acoustics to private companies and official colleges.
