Vibration measurement in an industrial machine

Ingeniería para el Control del Ruido (ICR) has carried out a vibration measurement in a machine size plastic mold due to the operation of a press machine, located in a neighbouring factory, inciding on its correct operation.

For the present study, ICR has carried out various vibration measurements with the press machine (source of vibration) in full operation. The checkpoints has been located in differents points of the affected machine and on the floor of the machine. ICR has made measuarements in a thin band for the quantification of the vibrations received in the affected machine and for the detection of the rellevant frequencies of vibrations for the study.

ICR is an Acoustic Engineering resolving problems of noise and vibrations. ICR works for the railway, car, industry, construction and environmental sectors. The company researches (R+D) new methods to solve vibroacous-tic problems. ICR also designs software for quality control and transmis-sion loss and teaches acoustics to private companies and official colleges.
